I had patient who was a case of cs ectopic
the bHCG was 12000, she treated on by methotrexate , after treatment the titer reduced to 1200. One month later the patient had vaginal bleeding the ( ultrasound reports molar changes in the mass) her bHCG titer was 1300.
Histopathological examination of the specimen reported molar changes.
My question is that can patient have molar pregnancy with such bHCG titer?
Yes, molar change will happen as your case. Poor nutrition and worse embryonic condition will increase the incidence of molar change, because both of them will influence normal function of heredity control system. The theory is described in webpage "Hereditics and origin of life" of hereditics.net.

Yes, Beta hCG titer will increase quickly in molar pregnancy, much higher titer than normal pregnancy.
