Yeah, I have a little bit of experience wi genome-wide amplifications, and I believe the Sigma WGA kit worked better than other techniques such as generic LM-PCR (less bias. towards which regions in particular, I am not sure, but perhaps may include repetitive regions...). I also explored a technique called "Emulsion PCR", which you could perhaps combine with the WGA kit.
