Are the former postulated characteristics of Generation X,Y,Z  still present or visible? What do you think being a member of that so called Gen X,Y,Z yourself?

What are your experiences working with such colleagues or having bosses or employees?

Looking back: Is it scientifically helpful to characterise Generations into clusters? Is it practical and useful?

Searching in RG we find many questions with little answers on these items. Obviously hundred of RG members read the questions but do not answer. Are these questions uninteresting?

I am excited about your reactions.

As a teacher for me it is important to know much about the postulated behavior of generations (pupils, students, PhD candidates, young teachers and professors).

There are thousands of literature works on that. But my deep interest refers to your opinion and experiences!!!
