Now a days gene cloning is not a wonder and has become very easy to perform with present technology.
we can clone a particular gene in for eg. E.coli. But how much gene can be inserted in a particular cell or kilobase pairs, if u can specify.
I think more than one gene can easily be successfully inserted in bacteria.
what if several types of toxic genes is inserted in a particular cell and grown and if it is successful then it can be a serious biological weapon.
