Look in Manual Tune 28 m/z peak or start Air/Water check. If it`s OK, then ion gauge is false.

I don't have much experience with Agilent GC-MS, but when I get this type of absurdly low readings from an Agilent LC-MS, it means the ion gauge has burnt out. You can either replace the whole ion gauge box, or order a (much cheaper) replacement tube from CCRProcessProducts.com

To change filament i should go to manual tune and change filament 1 to 2 and select profile and ms off ? Or there is an other way to change it
