I am going to simulate the energy deposition by neutron and gamma ray in the cyclotron bunker walls in a F-18 production event. I am using geant4 as tool and for parameter setting I need to specify the neutron and gamma source energies for a single operation, say a 20 min 50 uA operation with a 9.6 MeV cyclotron.

I found few information about the energy released (gamma and neutron) during a single nuclear reaction, but for a long operation what will be the energy? and how can I calculate it?

I am studying these from books but these seem quite hard to crack as a newbie. At first I need a simplistic way for the calculation and estimation. Please help.
