Some implementations of evaluations methods, like the once you mention, provide a single score result. YOu need to check if your version of GABI allows it. You could use a single category evaluation method, like IPCC2013 which provides the GWP results in terms of CO2eq.

Hello Edwin Zea Escamilla thank you for your reply. I have the option for all the methodologies I mentioned. But there is one this is not clear for me: once I choose, for example, Impact 2002+, I get all the same impact indicators and not only one single score as I was expecting (image 1). So, my question is if I change the quantity/weight unit I get all the scores in similar units (image 2), then I just need to add all the results and that is my single score?

Quite a complicated question, and one of the reason I do not use nor recommend GABI for research. What you are showing are mind-point results that we can understand as disaggregated results but you cannot simply add them. The evaluation method will have also a weighting and normalization schemes to add those values. Somewhere when you select your evaluation method you should be able to select the option of "single" score (not every method has this option). I have not use GABI in a while so I do not remember exactly where those options are
