i am a designer but had the opportunity to address MBA students for a business design class. combined the methods of design school with traditional business school to communicate.

i have found Videos are effective as visual memory overrides other modes of learning and memorising. after the video a task is given then critiquing finally summerising.

Grading is done on the spot by evaluating contextually by framing criteria.

1) content and context 2) validity and extending to other contexts 3) presentation and techniques used to present. 4) 5% on the confidence and communication.

I have researched MBA programs in Brazil in some aspects. Considering the methodological aspects, most students evaluate that the change of experiences with their classmates in formal and informal ways is very effective for their learning. They also evaluated Businnes Simulation and Projects in teams as very important for the learnig process.
