technology is everywhere , even in school they have to use it. i wounder how can i help my children to avoid the the danger of using the mobile phone for many purposes: educational; leisure; watching you tube....etc for a long time

I doubt if there is anything you can do about that. But you can only educate them on the dangers.
We must set the limits for the use of mobile phones by setting limits ourselves. We must educate them by our examples, how, why, when and how long we must be on our phones.

Interesting question. Despite the new technology like the mobile has an advantages, at the same time it has a disadvantages. I think the planning of the time for using the mobile is of utmost important.
Limit the time using the mobile phone, the tablet or television. They are very dangerous for children.

It is a real danger and horror for parents. You can spend more time with children, combine them with team games, sports teams, rural tourism, community charities to perform simple tasks for the elderly and infirm, develop individual skills,
Just ask them to use headphones when talking by mobile phone to reduce the direct negative impact on the brain.
The RF radiations are dangerous to all living things. Its effect is higher in children. The only way to save them is to minimize the use (continuous) of RF devices. Whenever possible, use wired connections.
Technology simultaneously brings merits and demerits
but the discretion is always yours to use it for benefit or loss
1) Don't give cell phones to children of certain age
you can fix it like may be 15 years or so
they can use PC for other purposes
2) fix the hours of usage of cell phone
3) don't allow them to carry to colleges/ study hours (as such most colleges restrict carrying cell phones to classes)
4) ask them to switch off phones after for particular period even when they are at home, for example after dinner or after 10 pm.
5) explain the the problems of long hours of usage
6) make them to read books, play games,
7) make them to have some quality family time
Children are mirror images of their parents...if you are using phone for long hours...you can not dictate terms for them.
For children using mobile phone or any other activities which remain part of their development , it depends only on parent that they had to take care of their children . We know mother 's serving care are playing an important part for their children to grow up in their right manner .Father in his busy time schedule in his progressive plan which keeps his involvement in his planning schedule so as to keep him away from concentrating on family matter & especially their children progressive action .
Sometimes this Internet program has inspired me to carry out my writing under the captioned'' Internet - A short time of Journey ' which i submit herewith for kind perusal .

Dear Professor,
Nowadays, it does not seem possible to avoid smart mobile phones in my opinion. We must change the behavior in such a way as to live with it. We must develop measures that will use smartphones to contribute to the development and education of childrens. We should also think about the creative issues that interest children such as math applications. It can be considered as a measure to determine the use at certain times during the day. However, it may be more effective to perform it by doing other activities (games, excursions, sports, reading books, chatting etc.).
