How can I use the following to determine the inter-planar spacing

2-theta(deg); d(ang.); Height(cps); FWHM(deg); Int. I(cps deg); Int. W(deg); Asym. factor

n*lambda = 2*d*sin(theta) or d = n*lambda/2/sin(theta)
