ATCC American type culture collection will likely ship as well with proper import paperwork---however it is quite likely that the algae you are looking for are easily obtainable from the environment

There is an algae culture collection in Germany University of Gottingen. You can google it with EPSAG keyword. The cultures are reliable and the transportation is easy. I recommend you to check thus most of the cultures are axenic too.

I found many people using pure  cultures purchased from them.
