See the official announcement in the attached document. In it they state that the book series will be identified as Flora of India: An annotated checklist (Vols. 1-3). Botanical Survey of India, Kolkata. This might help in your search of them. These floras are probably still in press, hence why you cannot currently find them.

Dharmendra Singh Rawat I think the hard copies are now available at the publication office of BSI. Please enquire. I hope you are knowing the procedure of buying the same.

Tapas Chakrabarty Sir I have been writing to suggested emails (suggested in BSI official web site) about the availability of hard copies. No response yet. Though, checklist is available on web, hard copies are also needed. I believe large number of scientists/ institutions/ libraries will be interested in the hard copies.

Yesterday I received hard copy of all three volumes of "Flowering Plants of India An Annotated Checklist" by post. It shows that hard copies are now available for sale.
