does any one have ever used AccelFPGA compiler to generate VHDL codes from MATLAB codes, please?

In matlab, you can directly convert your script file in matlab code into VHDL code using HDL coder.

we used system xilinix System generator XSG to convert semulink models into VHDL code.

However my algorithm is in .m file rather Simulink, is there anyway, like you mentioned, to generate the VHDL codes from my MATLAB codes, please?

Yes there is a method to include also m files from Matlab. Please if you need more information you can communicate with the first author of the papers which I brought in my first comment. He is the most experienced one for the conversion process.
