All thought the deposited film orientation depends on multiple parameters specially the temperature and thickness of film.But there is higher probability of getting cubic phase using chemical bath deposition at lower temperature.while the electrodeposited films at higher temperature may hexagonal or poly crystalline. you may use the XRD or SEM to get actual crystal structures of deposited films.
