Endoscopic clips are one of the best tools in the hands of endoscopists, but as the endoscopic techniques advance, the endoscopic clips remain more or less the same than they where 30 years ago.
For practitioners who use clips on a regular basis, which are the things that bother you the most about clips?

Endoclipping is extremely useful in certain situations like ulcer bleeds not responding to injection or thermal method. and for perforation closures. However as you mentioned there may be certain problems in deploying the clips and proper assistance is required.
Worst thing is when they don't rotate to get the proper position for grabbing tissue edges, eg. to close a mucosal defect.
In clips with good rotatory movement, the worst thing is that some models, afted deployment, have a residual hook. If left out of the sheet during accessory retraction , damage to the flexible end of the biopsy channel of the scope may occur.
Worst things would be:
1- Positioning. Must have a good rotation.
2- Using it in narrowed space like in the duodenal bulb.
