Hello everyone,

I am trying to simulate a 2d nanoindentation experiment using abaqus in a force controlled manner. The indenter property is rigid and made a reference point on the same for the application of load. But the concentrated force has no effect as the indenter does not move on the application of load. But when a displacement is given to rp the model is working correctly.. I had previously done the same with a 3d model but didnt encounterd this problem. If any one knows how to solve this kindly reply
