Recently we have built a pump probe system, here is our experimental light path diagram.

We added a silicon-based probe detector in front of the beam splitter to detect the optical power entering the system, and found that the power signal jittered severely on the oscilloscope,we have no idea about this.It has been ruled out that it is a malfunction of the instrument.

1.We guess it is due to the temperature difference between the room where the laser is located and the experiment room, and there is wind. Will this cause this result?or other error?

2.If the experiment is changed to a transmission pump probe system, what are the common samples used in testing system?
