As ITO is not in the material library for 4.4 version, I have to create a new material block for simulation. I am new to this software and modeling purpose. Is there any site to get the properties of different organic materials. Which properties do I need to have for both optical and electrical modeling purpose? Thank you.

what kind of ITO substrates you are using? commercially available or do you coat them? Most commercial suppliers have the wavelength dependent complex refractive index data available for their substrates. This can get you started on optical simulations.
