For the simulation of P3HT-PCBM organic solar cell in MATLAB, what would the best initial guess for n and p in order to converge. It would be helpful for me if anyone could enlighten me about the number of exciton density, hole density and electron density if there is generation rate is around 9e21 s-1cm-3. Thank you.

It depends a lot on the device and the operating point, but for a reasonably efficient P3HT cell under 1-sun illumination, the carrier density will range from about 1015 cm-3 at short-circuit to between 1016 and 1017 cm-3 at open circuit (couple of papers below). The latter is controlled by the relevant recombination rate, so can vary considerably between devices, hence the large range. You'd need to work out what generation rate corresponds to 1-sun of course, to calibrate your model to these numbers, and bear in mind these are spatially averaged.
