When perimenopause & menopause females having hot flashes and night sweats, we are checking their progesterone and estradiol levels - what formular/ratio are we looking for between estradiol and progesterone ( example Estradiol have to be twice as higher than progesterone and so on)
Usually salivary tests testing that, but it is a free hormones and not all patients want to do salivary testing .
