Hello, I will be analyzing the active status in the Hippo pathway, and I want to determine the phosphorylation status of the core kinases MST and LATS. My question is: do you think I can interrogate solely for the MST or LATS phospho status instead of looking for the phospho status of both of them?

You might like our technollogy, we've immobilized kinase targets on our chip and after adding a lysate, the active kinases in this lysate will phosphorilate its targets on our array, giving a direct readout on kinase activity. We have many targets and therefore have a unbiased readout on what is happening in your lysate.
