We have a good experience by using anti-HA tag from Abcam (ab137838) and anti--FLAG M2 Affinity Agarose Gel from Sigma (A2220) for IP experiments. Also, you can check anti-GFP ( Abcam ab290) for IP and visualization at microscope. Best wishes.

in our lab we are using GFP and the Anti-GFP MACS set quite succesfully. You should give it a try.
