Does anyone know of a web app or software for designing polychromatic flow cytometric panels that's able to scan all commercially available primary conjugated flow cytometry antibodies (i.e. from any manufacturer/distributor)?
The most popular online tools like ThermoFisher's or BioRad's Panel Builder online tools display their own available antibodies, which severely limits the panel design process. Although, to be fair, BioRad's online tool displays fluorophores that could be detected in each fluorescence channel, even if they don't produce the conjugated antibody of interest with that particular fluorophore (I guess to allow users to find that conjugated antibody, if it exists, from a different vendor). However, even this would be time consuming since there are so many fluorophores these days. So, what I'm trying to find is some panel builder software or web app that scans all the available vendors (i.e. BioRad, BD, Abcam, Sigma, BioLegend, ThermoFisher, etc.).

While most analysis software will accommodate basic cytometry experiments, many are specialized for use in specific techniques (ie. image cytometry, high throughput, sorting, etc.).

Thanks everyone for the great recommendation! Fluorofinder is indeed great! It has a very expansive list of vendors, unlike the vendor-specific panel builders that only show their products. Only wished it was a bit faster like ThermoFisher's Panel builder (which has a really nice and clean graphical user interface) but the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks. Hopefully it keeps improving in terms of speed.
