it should work is it is an anti-phospho-Tryosine, but it would be ideal to titrate the antibody to determine the best antibody concentration to use (sometimes the recommended one is not the best one)
If the target protein is not denatured, in theory, it should work. However, I advise you to refer to the package insert or website of manufacturer to check if this particulat clone/preparation had been tested in WB.
