Fish oil soft gelatin capsules sticking or clustering why ?

Fish oil based product in soft gelatin capsule form, getting sticking together after some time of manufacturing or during the consumer started to consume from the HDPE container. Can anyone expertise in Soft gelatin capsule, specially in fish oil based out products , Pls share your thoughts on this .

The issue could be the high temperature, think to use a refrigerator to store the capsule.
