Finding No observed effect concentration from Dose response curve?

I have a question that how to find no observed effect concentration for herbicides such as atrazine using origin software, i have already found EC50 but dont know how to find NOEC as well as confidence interval for 96 hours algal growth inhibition test? please help me if anyone knows thanks
