Part 1) This sounds like an exercise in predictive accuracy, not ANOVA. Discriminant analysis or Factor Analysis would be the typical approaches. You might also consider things like ODA (https://odajournal.com/).

Part 2) Quantifying the effect of the pesticide sounds like a dose-response type assay that focuses on the sublethal response. The treatment list should be appropriate for a Probit analysis, or some other form of nonlinear regression. If you have several doses where each dose was evaluated at several time points then you might have a time-dose-mortality assay.

Part 3) Is there an interaction between the origin of the population and the pesticide on any of the response variables? This might be ANOVA with "origin" and "pesticide" as class variables (assuming you tested several different pesticides).

consider if the anova prerequisite are correct (normal distribution etc.). Otherwise a non-parametric test is the right choice
