In my PhD project I will have to isolate fibroblastic reticular cells from mice lymph nodes, have you ever used some protocols to isolate them and then culture them?

my educated guess is that their surface can be labelled by a p75NTR antibody. If so, it should not be difficult to isolate them by various means, such as immunomagnetic isolation.

Hi,
In our lab we have a great protocol for cell isolation we use Liberase TH that seems very good for cells in other to use then for cell culture
