@Rezvani I don't think there should be any such link providing Allen and Mayer questionnaire translated in Farsi Language. Rather, you should find the published researches which have used these scales in Farsi Language. You can also translate the scales from original language to Farsi Language and validate it statistically before using it for final data collection.
