How does cervical cancer transfer from mother to daughter. There are many cases in which every female member in the family (mother daughter) have developed cervical cancer. I would like to know how does the transmission occurs? Its is through pregnancy time of after that? Also what could be the reason fortranfer?
Are you sure that this is "transfer" from mother to daughter? It is more likely that daughter have independent cancer due to her own HPV-infection.
The family history is like this. Father and uncle has bone cancer- which is not related to HPV but in the same family every female member have developed cervical cancer and shown HPV positive. I have also thought the possibility of independent development of cervical cancer and searched for literature. But according to the medical history provided by doctors every female member ( mother to daughter) shows same sign and sympotms during their mensuration time and have developed cervical cancer after 35 years.
Study in that family has also showed that the HPV might have been transfer from father side. But the curiosity is that if the transfer is from father side then why prevalance is on daughter only?
There is the assumption that monogenic conditions associated with human papillomavirus (HPV) infection, heritability demonstrated in twins, and the association of loci within the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) genetically contribute to cervical neoplasia risk.
Also, there is some research that tries to define the genetic loci involved in persistence of HPV infection and cervical neoplasia risk.

Genetic susceptibility to cervical cancers caused by HPV infection has been identified via studies of twins and other first-degree relatives, as well as genome-wide association studies. Women who have an affected first-degree biologic relative have a 2-fold relative risk of developing a cervical tumor compared with women who have a nonbiologic first-degree relative with a cervical tumor.Genetic susceptibility accounts for fewer than 1% of cervical cancers.
Genetic changes in several classes of genes have been linked to cervical cancer. Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) is involved in initiating the cell commitment to apoptosis, and the genes TNFa-8, TNFa-572, TNFa-857, TNFa-863, and TNF G-308A have been associated with a higher incidence of cervical cancer. Polymorphisms in another gene involved in apoptosis and gene repair, Tp53, have been associated with an increased rate of HPV infection progressing to cervical cancer.
Human leukocyte antigen (HLA) genes are involved in various ways. Some HLA gene anomalies are associated with an increased risk of HPV infection progressing to cancer, others with a protective effect. The chemokine receptor-2 (CCR2) gene on chromosome 3p21, and the Fas gene on chromosome 10q24.1 may also influence genetic susceptibility to cervical cancer, perhaps by disrupting the immune response to HPV. The CASP8 gene (also known as FLICE or MCH5) has a polymorphism in the promoter region that has been associated with a decreased risk of cervical cancer.
Epigenetic modifications may also be involved in cervical cancer. Methylation is the best understood and probably the most common mechanism of epigenetic DNA modeling in cancer. Aberrant DNA methylation patterns have been associated with the development of cervical cancer and may harbor important clues for developing treatment

According to my research experience in cervical cancer, it mainly depends on Gynecological infection with HPV 16 & 18 uptill now
Even I read some opinions want to consider it as infectious disease!!
