Recently I came across the journal "Journal of Medical Imaging and Health informatics : ISSN 1246-1250". Searching with Master Journal List from JCR I came to know that this Journal is having the same name but different ISSN with the journal "Journal of Medical Imaging and Health Informatics ISSN: 2156-7018 (Print): EISSN: 2156-7026 (Online) ". The journal with ISSN 1246-1250 is not ISI indexed as it is not included in Master Journal List but the journal with ISSN 2156-7018 is ISI indexed.
Anyone who has published any papers in either of the journals could better explain this confusion. Both journals are using the same website interface. So its really perplexing. Please anybody help me solve this matter.
Everybody please be aware of fake journals and citations. Could anybody please send a list of fake journals too?

is legitimate and has been running since March 2011.

I could not trace a journal with the ISSN 1246-1250.
I believe that your source mis-typed the page numbers into where the series number belongs!
i guess u r right. The source was not correct. Because there is no such journal with the other ISSN.
