Would there be a fair employment process in most organizations? This idea can augmented by, whenever a certain organization executives took power, he/she right away looking for someone that has a close relationship before; either in considering past working relationship for attaining mutual objectives & as a priority issues they might not take an organization objectives.

Due to these reasons, there actions normally attributed to nepotism & favoritism which distract the fair and equitable employment process, and it also becomes against the notion & principles of modern recruitment process that should be aligned with Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM). The miracle is that even the HR Team didn't defy the employment process and instead they became part of that tragedy.

Though this daunting challenges & gap in employment process by itself demand an empirical research & the extent also differ across the nations, what would be your expert views to address the issue?
