Maybe someone has had a situation, that upon adding new antibody you got a new false-positive population? Both AB are mouse IgG1k anti-human. The effect is not a compensation problem.
In partucular, I have APC-CD38, PECy7-CD138 and PerCP/Cy5-IgM (extracellular all 3). And after adding IgM I get a big CD138+CD38- population.
