We have multiple mobile vehicles and multiple stores. We want to distribute inventory to stores through mobile vehicle such that vehicle serve the nearest store. Hence, multiple stores can get inventory at the same time through nearest mobile vehicle. Location of mobile vehicle is not fixed. How to formulate mathematical model for it? (How assign multiple options in one equation)

I believe that more information is needed, for example:
number of warehouses and capacity of each one
number of stores and demand of each one
transportation costs from each warehouse to each store
This problem can be solved using the Transportation tableau of Linear Programming.

There is not enough information in your description of the problem to suggest the best solution or literature. However, it seems to me that you have a Vehicle Routing Problem or a Location-Roting problem, if you are also locating warehouses. There is a lot of literature on this. I am attaching recent surveys on both.

actually there are two types of stores, one is fixed and other is movable. Now there are different conditions like if demand in a particular region is equal to, less than or greater than the nearest fixed or movable stores capacity.
depending upon above scenarios we have to assign nearest fixed or/and movable stores to the demand.
