Hello everyone, we just bought EZ-Vision Three DNA Dye as Loading Buffer, 6x for visualizaing our gels. Even though we are applying 1part of EZ-vision to 5parts of DNA as the protocol explains, our lanes show faint bands while post-staining methods using Diamond Nucleic Acid Dye show bright bands. Since we want to stop loosing time doing post-staining, can anyone give me some tips or recommendations for the use of this dye?
