I'm going to deterination PAHs in oil. but my recoveries are very bad.
levels of spike is 2 ng/g sample and method of extraction is base on modified QuECheRS .
my solvents for extraction are acetonitryl + aceton (3:2) and sorbents for cleanup step are C18+PSA+Mgso4. my instrument for detect is GC-MS.

There are several well-known and accepted oil analysis methods. One of which is commonly used is the recommended protocol by CEN. Please refer to the attached file for detailed analysis including the data interpretation.
