My research is about antioxidant (DPPH) and total phenol from Ganoderma lucidum's fruiting body. I used 3 solvents (hexane, ethy acetat, ethanol) and two extraction methods of macerasi (one step extraction and high rise extraction).

Why do we compare two methods for determine total phenol and antioxidant capacity?
