I want extract of protein from algae and plant in industrial large scale, in lab I extracred protein (other component like chlorophyll and etc also extracted with protein)(crude extract) for protein precipitation I use ammonium sulfate.

Interesting question. The main methods used for protein extraction and purification are based on the solubilization of the proteins by means of alkaline extraction, followed by isolectric precipitation (acid conditions) of the proteins. For protein purification, the most suitable method to use at an industrial scale is ultrafiltration in both modes: concentration and diafiltration.

This is the main strategy to be used at large-scale processing. There can be steps added previous to facilitate extraction as milling, particle reduction, and enzymatic hydrolisis; at the extraction stage, such as ultrasound or microwave; and more refined techinques at the purification stage, such as adsorption and ion exchange columns.
