I have an old version of TSL OIM software on my labtop and I couldn't open the .OSC files; Unfortunately all my files have OSC suffix. So I need a new version of TSL OIM software; Thank you for your help.

I would recommend you using MTEX and add-on library function of ORTools for microstructural characterization and analysis. This gives you far more tools for analysis. Kindly see the links below:

ORTools: https://www.github.com/frankNiessen/ORTools
These are free tools for microstructural analysis. You can import your any format including.osc.

Initially, you need to download the MTEX toolbox, using the link below:
https://mtex-toolbox.github.io/
Please follow the procedure in the website for installing the MTEX toolbox.
Then, you need to download the ORTools add-on using the link below:
https://www.github.com/frankNiessen/ORTools
You can put the downloaded file in the same file with the MTEX. In the website of the ORTools, there are videos showing how to use the codes which is fairly easy to operate. Please make sure watching example videos as they are so helpful.
Please be sure that all you can do with other software can be done in this excellent MTEX and ORTools.
