Hello!

I want to extract viral RNA from CSF samples for sequencing and am currently eyeing two kits for this:

• Norgen Total RNA Purification Kit, and
• QIAgen miRNeasy Serum/Plasma Kit (which is almost 50 % more expensive for 50 preps)

Does anybody have experience with the kits and can recommend one (or an alternative) for my specific sample type and application? Thanks a lot in advance.
