For a Life Cycle Costing (LCC) study into agricultural supply chains (from farm to supermarket) in Europe, I am looking for databases that contain (detailed) data on production costs for all or some of the different actors (farmer, primary processor, manufacturer, distributor and supermarket) in these chains.
Does anyone know of such databases?

There are some European databases for that, like:
- The Farm Accountancy Data Network (FADN), which collects data on the economic performance of farms in the European Union. https://agriculture.ec.europa.eu/data-and-analysis/farm-structures-and-economics/fadn_en
- The European Market Observatory for Agriculture (EMOA), which provides information on market prices, production costs, and other economic indicators for the agricultural sector in the EU. https://www.eumofa.eu/ or
https://agriculture.ec.europa.eu/data-and-analysis/markets/overviews/market-observatories_en
- And ofc Eurostat, which is broader and will need more searching to find what you need.
Also if you need a more specific dataset, it might be worthy checking at each country's national agricultural agencies I suppose.

They help me a lot regarding the production costs of primary producers (farmers).
If anyone knows of additional databases that contain data on production costs further on in the supply chain (primary and/or secondary processors, distributors and retailers) I would be happy to hear about it!
