Benchling's tutorial for automatic generation of primers for gibson assembly, https://help.benchling.com/hc/en-us/articles/9684273545997-Clone-using-the-Gibson-Assembly-Wizard , states that "Note: The assembly wizard does not expect homology arms to be incorporated into the backbone/insert, as these are simply concatenated together." What does this mean? Isn't that the point of the gibson assembly? Why wouldn't I need to incorporate my inserts homology arms? I'm making a plasmid for HR/HMEJ btw, so the homology arms are kind of necessary.
