When you prepare your cartridge plate, check that it has a sensor in A1. The machine uses this well to detect the cartridge.

What about the expiration date on for the mito. stress test kit drugs?

I think if you use a fresh pack it will be fine.

If you use leftovers of a kit that have been frozen for a while activity definitely starts dropping off.
