You could simply use humans for ratings the sketches as well. Think of multiple choices and quantitative equivalent scores, e.g., (-2) very bad, (-1) bad, (0) ok, (+1) good, (+2) very good...

You should first develop a methodology. There can be a qualitative or quantitative approach and Strategy (e.g. Mix Methods) upon that you can choose a method i.e. for Sampling (Probability/ non-probability), for Data Collection (Survey, Interview) and a tool for Data Analysis.
for Questionnaire you can use Likert Scale of below measurements:

· Intensity: None, Very Mild, Mild, Moderate, Severe
· Approval: Strongly Disapprove, Disapprove, Neutral, Approve, Strongly Approve
· Awareness: Not at all Aware, Slightly Aware, Moderately Aware, Very Aware, Extremely Aware
· Familiarity: Not at all Familiar, Slightly Familiar, Moderately Familiar, Very Familiar, Extremely Familiar
