You can try dialysis for separation. It should be borne in mind that the surfactant interacts with proteins, forming complexes. To study the interaction, dialysis is used. You will have to select concentrations, pores in the semipermeent membrane. I doubt that you have been told the cleaning parameters. There are works for cleaning wastewater from surfactants with the help of reverse filtration. Articles on cleaning I have not met. We worked with the membrane and surfactant. But we had another task.
