Shobha, for successful digital transformation to happen (i.e. become a reality), it should be complemented by concomitant change in people's acceptance of the technological advancements being proposed and duly implemented. Additionally, there should be not only an organisational but also an individual-level readiness for change to happen. Needless to say that the appropriate and relevant training and development packages and all the underpinning people management practices, policies and procedures should be implemented in order to give digitalisation a chance to succeed.
