Can anyone tell me which etching agent I will use for microstructure analysis of nickel-based alloy?

Etchant composition of nickle-based superalloy and method of etching the alloy according to the invention in [1] is 50% by weight of hydrochloric acid, 10% by weight of nitric acid, 2% by weight of hydrofluoric acid, and 38% by weight of water.
