I am working on FloEFD for simulating a non-newtonian flow of polymer melt. To add the properties of the fluid the software uses the equation in file (1)
I have the parameters for another form of this equation attached in file (2)
is there a way to calculate the parameters I need for the simulation software?

The equation you have in image 2 is the linear power-law correlation. I think the parameters you are looking at are the consistency index (K) and the shear-thinning exponent (n). You should be able to calculate the parameters using linear regression. Have you done it before? I can help if needed.
