Im trying to extract the Quality factor from transient response of multiple LDOs connected to a PDN. The circuit is very complex in the sense that it's very big. So I have to make use of only the transient response to extract the quality factor.
How can I extract quality factor of my circuit, given the transient response of a unit step input?? Are there any formulas that can help?

Different transient parameters depends on dumping (see attached file) so you can try to better estimate it by averaging the different estimates from your transient simulation, each of ones will suffer from a different measurement error.
