Trang Pham The error is related to geographic dimensions. There are certain steps to solve the problem. Before you clip the images to your Area of Interest (AOI) resample the images by using a single file i.e. either DEM or Bio9. After resampling verify whether the pixel to pixel overlapping is correct or not. Once the pixels of two layers perfectly match you can clip the images to your AOI and run in MaxEnt.

I had that problem.

There is no problem associated with the geographic dimensions in your ascii files. But sometimes if you open the ascii file as a text file you can see a small defect in the geographic extension (example 0.008333334 and not 0.00833333333), that is a common error and you can correct it directly on the text. luck

your data must have the same cell size, cut by one border of the study area, and projected all data at the end of steps, finally input in MaxEnt.
